Marigold Mental Health & Wellness is a small, boutique private practice focused on high-quality, relational care for children, adolescents, and families. Our setting is warm, creative, and designed with therapeutic work in mind—offering a stocked play/art/sand tray therapy room, natural light, and a cozy atmosphere.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a CSW with strong clinical skills and experience working with children and teens with ASD, anxiety, and ADHD. This role is in-person only and includes weekly LCSW supervision from an EMDR-trained therapist. You will receive consistent referrals and grow your caseload quickly.

Qualifications:

• Active Utah CSW license
• 1+ year experience with child/adolescent population
• Strong clinical formulation and relational skills
• Ability to work independently with support

Preferred but not required:

• EMDR training or interest
• Play therapy or expressive therapy experience

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for children and adolescents, utilizing techniques such as play therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support patient care and progress.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $79,730.00 per year
