We’re a growing, innovative mental health clinic in the heart of Provo, Utah, delivering evidence-based and forward-thinking psychiatric care. Our services include medication management, full-spectrum therapy, Spravato (esketamine) treatment, and cutting-edge NeuroStar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). We prioritize collaborative care and clinical excellence in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
We’re hiring a contracted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO), or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality psychiatric care on a part-time, per-session basis. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and be involved in services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and Spravato/TMS treatment oversight.
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new and established patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and manage psychiatric medications (including controlled substances)
- Provide follow-up and ongoing psychiatric care
- Collaborate with TMS and Spravato teams on patient eligibility, care coordination, and monitoring
- Work with therapists and support staff for integrated, team-based care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in TherapyNotes EHR
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, medication, and treatment
- Participate in case consultations and team clinical meetings
Must meet one of the following licensure paths:
For PMHNPs:
- Active Utah APRN license and DEA registration
- PMHNP-BC certification
For Psychiatrists (MD/DO):
- Active Utah medical license and DEA
- Board-certified in Psychiatry
For PAs:
- Active Utah PA license and DEA
- NCCPA-certified
Preferred:
- Experience or strong interest in Spravato (esketamine) and NeuroStar TMS
- Familiarity with TherapyNotes EHR
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently with strong collaboration skills
We operate on a “fill your blocks” model—you define the hours you’re available (4–20 hrs/week), and we fill them with clients.
