About Job

Role Description

Do you love working with children to achieve their goals? Do you have a natural curiosity to develop new skills? We are currently looking to hire individuals for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position immediately to support our clients within Salt Lake County and surrounding areas. No experience? Not a problem - we offer paid training. Make a difference by helping individuals with autism achieve their goals!

Each client we serve has an individualized plan based on goals set by the individual and their team. Your role would be to spend time each session helping them make meaningful progress towards each goal. Examples of goals include learning or improving on communication skills, daily living/adaptive skills, social and play skills, and more.

Competitive pay based on experience. Raises will be provided quickly based on performance and fit. Training is also paid. All work will be done at the home of the client or surrounding community. Part time & Full time positions available. Depending on the client, weekday evenings may also be required. Ideal candidates can start training immediately.

Additional Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have your own car with a valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Must be able to work between 3:30pm-7:00pm
