The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and the care they receive in their homes. This position is responsible for managing client inquiries, in-home visits, and maintaining excellent relationships with local referral sources. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for helping seniors and demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare referral sources. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing new client inquiries and referral sources.
- In-home visits with potential new clients as well as re-assessments with existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records/communication; update client care plans as needed.
- Assist with billing inquiries; manage accounts receivables.
- Create new and maintain existing relationships with local referral sources.
- Participate in local community events to increase awareness of Comfort Keepers and the services we provide.
- Proactively generate and cultivate new referral relationships within the local community.
Skills
- Efficient with computers and a willingness to learn software programs provided.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate client records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and shifting priorities with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
- Effective at establishing and expanding referral networks to generate new opportunuities.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, occasional weekend client meetings may be required
Work Location: In person
Travel: Up to 50% local travel Monday-Friday.
