About Us:
Blooming Minds is a mental health organization committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals, families, and communities. We are currently seeking licensed mental health professionals, including Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), LPC-IT, Advanced Practice Social Workers (APSW), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Provide medication management, individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about current best practices and evidence-based interventions in mental health.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as an APNP, LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, or LCSW.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems.
