As a Resident Care Coordinator for our Madison West community, you are a key member of an amazing team, enhancing the lives of our residents. By providing consistent and quality care, our caregiving team ensures our residents live meaningful life. Brookdale Madison West has Assisted Living and Crossings communities we are looking for a Resident Care Coordinator that is a team player, good communication skills, dependable, and enjoys working with the elderly population. Requirements-med passing, scheduling and leadership experience.

Hours:

1st shift

On-call for scheduling

Possibly every other weekend

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
