About Job

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric BCBA to join or contract with our multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and occupational therapists (OTs). This role focuses on assessing and addressing behavior concerns, promoting functional skill development, and supporting children and their families in both clinical and home settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in early intervention and pediatric populations, and a collaborative mindset for integrated care.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with SLPs and OTs to support a unified, interdisciplinary approach to care.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to address behaviors that impact communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
  • Support families in implementing functional skills programs within the home environment, including toileting, feeding, grooming, and routines.
  • Monitor and document progress; adjust treatment plans based on data and team input.
  • Provide parent coaching and family training to promote generalization of skills across settings.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a collaborative or interdisciplinary setting.
  • Strong understanding of developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and behavior management techniques.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with early intervention and natural environment teaching.
  • Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and sensory integration strategies.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $100.00 per hour
