Exciting Opportunity: Community-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Lisle, IL

Job Details:

  • Full-time, in-person position
  • School Year Dates: August 18, 2025 – June 12, 2026
  • Daily hours 7:45-3:45 (ESY 7:45-1:15)
  • Competitive Pay: $55-$58 per hour
  • All of the caseload is on the spectrum with various sensory, social/emotional, functional, and academic needs
  • You will work alongside a wonderful team of therapists

Role Overview:

As a BCBA, you will work with all high school students developing and implementing individualized behavior programs. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.


Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Behavioral Science
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
