Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a warm, grounded, and purpose-driven Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) to join our team as an independent contractor. You’ll have the freedom and flexibility to set your own schedule while being supported by a collaborative, affirming, and drama-free environment.

• Want to be part of a practice that actually walks the talk when it comes to wellness and boundaries

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients (you choose your focus)
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner using our user-friendly EHR
• Participate in optional team check-ins, peer support calls, or trainings
• Collaborate with a community of like-minded therapists (zero pressure, just good vibes)
• Commit to a caseload of 15–20+ clients/week — you choose what works for you

Requirements

• Active Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) (Licensure in Indiana, Texas, and Michigan a plus)
• Commitment to equity, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care
• Ability to work independently while also being open to connection and collaboration
• Reliable access to a confidential space and high-speed internet for telehealth (if virtual)
• Availability to offer evening or weekend sessions is a plus, but not required
• Must have other source of income (We are not offering full time roles at this time)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $67.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
