Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Formation Counseling Center located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Counselor will be responsible for providing therapy sessions, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMDR, Somatic experiencing, Narrative focused trauma care, CBT, DBT, or Art Therapy
• Knowledge of attachment theory, Interpersonal neurobiology, depth psychology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
