Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing patient assessments to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to implement effective interventions aimed at improving clients' skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral health strategies and the principles of behavior analysis.
- Participate in training and supervision of staff working with clients with developmental disabilities.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques and patient assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and medical terminology.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in applied behavior analysis and related fields.

Pay: $87,373.00 - $90,000.00 per year
