  • Oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, progress monitoring, and client outcomes.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of billable treatment/supervision time a week.
  • Support intake, assessment, family training, and high-need clinical consultations.

2. Staff Development & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Clinic Managers to align daily operations with clinical priorities.
  • Facilitate the strategic partnership between BCBAs and Floor Supervisors to maximize BCBA treatment hours and RBT supervision
  • Coach and mentor BCBAs and support staff through supervision, case reviews, and performance check-ins.
  • Champion ongoing staff development through CEU opportunities, clinical rounds, and peer collaboration.
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and nurturing a positive, inclusive clinic culture.
  • Lead the culture within the ABA department utilizing Hearts and Hands Core Values.
  • Provide guidance and training for RBTs and BCBAs, including creating content, mentoring, and disseminating training resources.
  • Work closely with all levels of management to solve challenges as they arise.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with admin and operations teams to ensure scheduling, productivity targets, and client authorizations run smoothly.
  • Review and support clinical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Maintain a caseload of four clients and meet a weekly minimum of 20 hours of billable time per week.

4. Client and Family Engagement

  • Serve as a clinical leader and point of contact for family escalations, care planning, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with caregivers to promote collaborative goal-setting, skill generalization, and long-term success.

5. Growth & Strategy

  • Ensure the ABA program is consistently maintaining and updating the highest standards of care, including updating programming and services, leading accreditation initiatives and licensure as needed.
  • Review incidents and monitor for continued safety improvement.
  • Help grow the clinic by maintaining high standards of care, supporting staff satisfaction, and building local referral relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in programming, team development, and community outreach.

What You Bring:

  • BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • State licensure as applicable (e.g., LABA, if required)
  • 3+ years of experience providing and supervising ABA services as a BCBA
  • Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred
