Your Role as a BCBA

Conduct timely assessments tailored to client and insurance needs
Maintain a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients, depending on part-time/full-time status
Supervise RBTs, provide ongoing feedback and training
Lead 1:1 and group staff meetings to support progress and alignment
Develop, update, and oversee individualized programming
Engage parents with training and tools to empower them at home
Review and provide feedback on data collection and documentation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
