About Us:
Falls Family Center LLC is a family-centered behavioral health clinic providing compassionate, evidence-based services for children with autism, ADHD, ODD, and other developmental needs. We focus on collaboration, growth, and making real, lasting progress. We are looking for dedicated RBTs to join our supportive and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children (ages 3–16)
• Follow treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs
• Accurately collect and document session data
• Collaborate with clinical team and attend supervision
• Support clients with communication, behavior, and daily living goals

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (BACB)
• High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum availability: 35 hours/week
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Pass Level II background screening
• Medicaid Provider is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
