About Us:
We are a client-centered, trauma-informed mental health practice committed to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our team values collaboration, autonomy, and clinical excellence in a supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed LMHC to join our growing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, or family counseling sessions ( via telehealth with potential for in-person in the future).
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation in EHR.
- Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, families, and referring providers.
- Participate in case consultations, supervision (if needed), and staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Active Florida LMHC license (required).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems (SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, etc.).
- Must pass background check and be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship issues.
- Interest in working with children, couples, or LGBTQIA+ populations.
