Team Leader (Psychologist, LCSW, or LMHC) – Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Program | Full-Time | NYC


Location: New York City (must be willing to travel across the 5 boroughs)

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000/year + comprehensive benefits

Organization Type: Nonprofit / Social Services


As the CTI Team Leader, you will guide a team of mental health professionals in implementing the CTI model to promote long-term stability and community integration for individuals during critical life transitions. You'll ensure fidelity to the CTI model in collaboration with certified trainers from CACTI (Center for the Advancement of Critical Time Intervention).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train CTI staff on model standards
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and case reviews
  • Monitor service delivery quality and documentation
  • Promote trauma-informed, person-centered care
  • Manage caseload assignments and EHR data entry/review
  • Collaborate with external partners and program staff
  • Track outcomes, update resources, and oversee regulatory compliance


Qualifications:

  • Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, or LMHC in NY
  • Prior supervisory experience required
  • CTI experience strongly preferred
  • Background working with individuals with I/DD and psychiatric disorders
  • Skilled in crisis response, systems coordination, and team management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid NYS driver’s license preferred
