Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Case Manager) – Make a Real Impact with EY Behavioral Services

  • Focus on Quality, Not Quantity: With a manageable caseload of only 5-7 clients (no that's not a typo), you’ll ACTUALLY have the ability to provide impactful services to your clients..
  • Provide Personalized Care: Design and implement individualized behavior plans that truly make a difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities and families we serve.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with a supportive clinical team and engage one-on-one with clients & caregivers. Ensuring holistic care and meaningful outcomes.
  • Empower and Inspire: Build strong relationships that not only empower clients but also contribute to a positive team culture where every team member is valued.
  • Be a Clinical Leader & Mentor: Work closely with our clinical team to lead, guide, train, and mentor new team members to align with EY’s culture and empower them to make a difference in our clients’ lives.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Requirements) :

  • Licensed BCBA or BCaBA in good standing. Newly credentialed BCBA or BCaBA are encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate Practitioner: Committed to achieving the highest quality outcomes and growing as clinician in the field.
  • Team Player: Values collaboration and open communication.
  • Motivated Learner: Eager to pursue growth and continuous learning.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
  • Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ESDM, AFLLS, ABLLS, and FBA.
  • Uphold confidentiality for all clients and demonstrate respect for their safety, health, and dignity.
  • Document each service delivered according to clinical documentation standards, including writing treatment plans and progress reports.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday; occasional weekends as needed
  • Travel: Up to 25% local travel between client sites
