We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. Duties

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral issues.
Provide behavior management strategies for clients in outpatient settings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay informed about advancements in psychopharmacology to support medication management when necessary.
Engage with families to provide education and support regarding mental health issues.

Skills

Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and clinical counseling techniques.
Strong understanding of behavior management practices.
Knowledge of psychopharmacology as it relates to mental health treatment.
Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Familiarity with outpatient behavioral health services.
Ability to conduct effective individual and group counseling sessions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation.
