About the Role
At Pest-End, we don't just kill bugs—we protect public health and property across apartment complexes, college campuses, hospitals, and more. As our newest IPM Technician specializing in multi-unit properties, you'll be on the front lines of smart, science-backed pest management.
You'll troubleshoot. You'll educate. You'll outthink and outmaneuver pests using proactive, integrated strategies—not just sprays and traps. Every day brings a new puzzle—and a chance to protect hundreds of residents, students, or patients from unwanted guests.
What You'll Be Doing
· Conduct thorough inspections of multi-unit properties (think: apartment buildings, healthcare facilities, universities)
· Identify pest issues, root causes, and environmental conditions that contribute to infestations
· Design and implement tailored, eco-conscious IPM programs
· Partner with property managers and maintenance teams to stay ahead of pest risks
· Keep detailed records and use technology for tracking, scheduling, and reporting
· Be the face of Pest-End's commitment to health, safety, and customer care
What We're Looking For
· A curiosity-driven, problem-solving mindset
· Experience in pest control (especially in multi-unit or commercial environments) is a plus—but not required
· Strong communication skills (you'll be working with everyone from building supers to college deans)
· A valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Willingness to work in the field, learn continuously, and earn relevant certifications
Why Pest-End?
· Family-owned, values-driven, and growing — We're expanding fast but staying true to our roots
· Competitive pay and performance-based bonuses
· Comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with match, and paid time off
· Ongoing training, certification support, and leadership development
· A culture that supports YOU – your career, your ideas, and your future
