Griswold Home Care in Needham, MA is seeking a Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, texts, and general inquiries. Whether it's a family seeking help for a loved one, a caregiver looking for work, or a referral partner reaching out-you'll provide a warm, professional, and responsive experience that reflects the heart of our mission.

As a Care Coordinator, you won't just be the first voice people hear-you'll also support them throughout their home care journey. From the first phone call to ongoing scheduling and coordination, you'll play a central role in ensuring every client and caregiver relationship runs smoothly and compassionately. You'll be the go-to contact for families and caregivers alike, helping manage care with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
  • Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and text messages with care and urgency
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, job seekers, and partners
  • Assist families and loved ones in coordinating home care for seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Match caregivers to clients based on care needs and compatibility
  • Schedule caregiver shifts and fill urgent or last-minute openings
  • Conduct caregiver interviews, background checks, and onboarding
  • Maintain organized, compliant employee records
  • Participate in a shared on-call rotation to ensure ongoing care coverage


Who You Are:
  • Friendly, calm, and professional communicator - by phone, email, and text
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced office
  • High school diploma or GED required (college or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in caregiving, staffing, or customer service is a plus
