About Job

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our commitment to improving quality, increasing engagement, and solidifying an identity that is true to our practice policy of following a child-led, playful approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work with a team, collaborate effectively, and be eager to contribute to the positive momentum of change in the field.

About LEEP Forward:
LEEP Forward is a leading multi-disciplinary clinic offering a comprehensive range of pediatric therapeutic services. Our innovative programs, including Therapeutic Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, and K-12th grade programming, are designed for children aged 3-16 years with a variety of developmental differences, including autism. At LEEP, we value teamwork, curiosity, continual learning, and embracing differences. We are on a mission to break the old cycles of ABA, championing a child-led, playful approach that honors individual differences and utilizes Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI).

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the individual strengths, needs, and focus areas of each child.
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, mental health professionals, and educators to develop holistic and integrated treatment plans.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in NDBI principles, focusing on child development and a strengths-based approach.
  • Provide direct intervention and support, fostering social-emotional development and facilitating positive behavior change.
  • Train and guide caregivers and team members, offering strategies to support the child’s development and well-being.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor and evaluate the progress of individuals, making adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis, neurodiversity, and NDBI.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all therapeutic sessions, assessments, and progress reports.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed and Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Deep understanding of child development and proficiency in NDBI approaches.
  • Experience working with individuals with diverse developmental profiles.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on neuroaffirming and person-centered practices.
  • Exceptional observational, assessment, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and families.
  • Committed to professional development and staying current with field advancements.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.

Why Join LEEP Forward?
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Be part of a team that is making significant contributions to the field of pediatric therapy, embracing innovation and change.
  • Work in a role that values diversity, inclusivity, and neurodivergent perspectives.

Application Process:
Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience with NDBI and your commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices

LEEP Forward is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply, especially those who identify as neurodivergent.
