Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective behavioral interventions to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and create tailored interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records to track client progress and treatment efficacy.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques and strategies to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collect and analyze data on client behavior to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in behavioral therapy and intervention strategies.
- Advocate for individuals with disabilities, promoting their rights and access to necessary services.
Skills
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of medical records management and documentation practices.
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations for behavioral analysis.
- Knowledgeable in behavioral therapy approaches tailored for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
- Skilled in data collection methods relevant to tracking client behavior and progress.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
