Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective behavioral interventions to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and create tailored interventions.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records to track client progress and treatment efficacy.
  • Implement behavioral therapy techniques and strategies to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collect and analyze data on client behavior to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in behavioral therapy and intervention strategies.
  • Advocate for individuals with disabilities, promoting their rights and access to necessary services.

Skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:
