What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee customized treatment plans that meet each child’s unique needs
• Deliver parent-focused training to empower caregivers in their child’s progress
• Provide clinical services and direct supervision to BTs, RBTs, and interns
• Review data and documentation to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance
• Partner with families and team members to create meaningful goals and monitor growth
• Facilitate team meetings and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration
• Conduct assessments and complete reports within set timelines
• Maintain adherence to BACB guidelines and the highest ethical standards

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
• Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
