About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to support our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program. This position involves providing clinical oversight, conducting assessments, and supporting adults with serious mental illness in building and maintaining independent living skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Diagnostic Assessments and Functional Assessments
• Develop and monitor Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs)
• Provide clinical supervision to ARMHS practitioners and rehabilitation workers
• Deliver rehabilitative skill-building services when needed
• Ensure compliance with DHS and MHCP guidelines
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records

Requirements

• Active LPCC license in Minnesota
• Familiarity with ARMHS guidelines and community-based mental health services
• Previous supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation for occasional in-community work

Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
