Clinical Director Role at BrightBridge:
We are seeking a Clinical Director with strong leadership skills to join and lead our team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:
- Foster engagement, mentorship, and inspiration within our team of BCBAs and RBTs.
- Work collaboratively to find solutions alongside a team of driven, like-minded professionals dedicated to our growing company
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of our organization
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with our Executive VP.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Utilize state-of-the-art practice management software to maintain precise documentation and comprehensive records of client sessions and progress.
- Participate in team meetings, conferences, and professional development activities.
Settings:
- In-home and community settings initially with the plan to move to clinic-based
- This is a Full-Time role
Compensation:
$100,000-$115,000 Depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
- LBA certification
- 4+ years of experience in the ABA field
- Leadership experience a plus
- Administrative experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
