Clinical Director Role at BrightBridge:

We are seeking a Clinical Director with strong leadership skills to join and lead our team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:

• Foster engagement, mentorship, and inspiration within our team of BCBAs and RBTs.
• Work collaboratively to find solutions alongside a team of driven, like-minded professionals dedicated to our growing company
• Oversee and manage the clinical operations of our organization
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with our Executive VP.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize state-of-the-art practice management software to maintain precise documentation and comprehensive records of client sessions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings, conferences, and professional development activities.

Settings:

• In-home and community settings initially with the plan to move to clinic-based
• This is a Full-Time role

Compensation:

$100,000-$115,000 Depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
• LBA certification
• 4+ years of experience in the ABA field
• Leadership experience a plus
• Administrative experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
