Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) to join our interdisciplinary team. The LGPC will provide direct mental health counseling services under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), supporting clients through individual and group therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.Conduct intake assessments, mental status exams, and risk assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and CARF regulations.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other service providers.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing supervision with LCPC.
- Respond to client crises with appropriate clinical and procedural intervention.
- Uphold ethical standards in all counseling practices, in accordance with ACA Code of Ethics and Maryland Board regulations.

Requirements:
- Required: Active LGPC license in the State of Maryland.
- Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care, mental health diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Experience working with diverse populations and underserved communities.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Must be open to supervision and professional development.
Pay:
- $26-34 hourly; depending on experience, certification, education, skills, and performance.
Timings:
- 7am-3:30pm M-F
- Expected hours: 42.5
