Mike Johns Imports is Louisville’s premier European automotive repair facility. We specialize in servicing high-end European vehicles including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Mini Cooper, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, and Ferrari. While we also work on other luxury brands, our focus is on European Service, Maintenance and reliability.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Customer Care Advocate to be the first point of contact for our clients—both over the phone and in person. If you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and love delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in person and by phone with professionalism and courtesy

• Answer and direct calls to appropriate staff members

• Schedule service appointments and follow up with reminders

• Check customers in and out of the shop

• Process payments and handle basic cashier duties

• Provide updates on vehicle status when needed

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

• Enter customer and vehicle information accurately into our system

• Take clear, detailed notes and relay messages to the team

• Assist with light administrative duties (filing, emails, appointment follow-ups)

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting

• Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling, data entry)

• Fast learner with a professional, team-first attitude

• Prior experience in customer service, receptionist, or cashier roles preferred

• Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
