Compensation And Benefits
- $250,000–$300,000+ annually with uncapped production-based bonuses

- Conduct 12–16 patient visits daily (mix of evaluations and follow-ups; flexible based on complexity)
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status, symptom history, and diagnosis using evidence-based treatment plans
- Prescribe/administer medications, therapy, and innovative treatments (e.g., TMS, ketamine therapy training available)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (therapists, APPs, support staff) for whole-person care
- Document clinical encounters via Electronic Health Records (EHR) with coding support
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments proactively using data-driven analytics tools
- Board-certified/board-eligible Psychiatrist (required)
- Unrestricted California medical license + active DEA 19
- 2+ years outpatient experience (clinic or private practice preferred)
- Openness to treating all ages, including children/adolescents 25
- Comfort with collaborative care models and interventional psychiatry (training provided)
