We are looking for an Intake Coordinator to join a well-established civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, California. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that starts on Wednesday, June 25th.
Firm: Leading, high-end auto consumer warranty firm in Century City, 180 on staff
Position: Intake Coordinator
When: Starts Wednesday, June 25th
Type: Contract-to-hire, permanent hire based on fit & performance after around 3 months
Compensation: $22/hour during the contract period, $24/hr+ once/if converted as an employee of the firm
Work Schedule: On-site, 5 days/week

Position: Intake Coordinator
When: Starts Wednesday, June 25th
Type: Contract-to-hire, permanent hire based on fit & performance after around 3 months
Compensation: $22/hour during the contract period, $24/hr+ once/if converted as an employee of the firm
Work Schedule: On-site, 5 days/week
Hours/Days
- Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM (normal business hours) during the first few weeks (training period)
- Following the training period Tuesday-Friday 11AM-8PM & Saturday 8AM-5PM (Sundays and Mondays off)
- Provide top-tier customer service, primarily in a call center setting
- Conduct detailed reviews of cases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Facilitate introductions for client cases, acting as the primary point of contact
- Leverage various software tools used to track and input information around calls
- Utilize communication skills to maintain positive client relations
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Use Spanish language skills, if available, to cater to a diverse range of clients.
- Previous Call Center, Sales/Retail, or Customer Service experience
- Accustomed to a faced paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Tech Savvy
- Fluent in Spanish
Requirements
- Call center experience.
- Tech forward.
- Sales experience a plus.
- High level of professionalism and effective communication skills.
