We're looking for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join our expanding team in San Bernardino/Riverside. This hybrid role blends clinical leadership with hands-on support and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of ABA care in the region.
Position Details
Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)
Location: Hybrid - TelehealthIn-Person: Riverside, CA
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000/year (depending on experience)

What You'll Do
Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery
Mentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (required)
Experience: 2+ years developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and communication abilities
Preferred Traits: Passion for innovation, mentorship, and delivering impactful care
