What We're Looking For:
- Education: MSW from an accredited program
- License: Maryland LMSW (or eligible under Board criteria)
- Experience: At least 1 year in clinical social work (internships considered), ideally within mental health or healthcare
- Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, team player, and culturally competent provider
- Knowledge: Community resources, biopsychosocial approaches, and today's healthcare landscape
- Thrive in fast-paced, mission-focused environments
- Have experience working with LGBTQ+ populations
- Bring fresh ideas to improve patient care systems
