What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Social Worker specializing in Transgender Health, you'll provide comprehensive psychosocial support to a select caseload of patients and their families. From assessments and care planning to advocacy and resource coordination, you'll be a trusted ally and integral member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering affirming, patient-centered care. Your voice will matter, your experience will shape outcomes, and your compassion will leave a lasting impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: MSW from an accredited program
• License: Maryland LMSW (or eligible under Board criteria)
• Experience: At least 1 year in clinical social work (internships considered), ideally within mental health or healthcare
• Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, team player, and culturally competent provider
• Knowledge: Community resources, biopsychosocial approaches, and today's healthcare landscape
