Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to student success and well-being
Location:
- Chicago Heights, IL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to implement and monitor BIPs.
- Provide training and support to school staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support.
