Soliant Education is seeking a Full-Time School Social Worker for the 20252026 school year to support PreK students in Mundelein, Illinois. This role focuses on early childhood social-emotional development, behavior support, and collaboration with school-based teams. The district is ready to interview and fill this position quickly.

Position Overview:

• Location: Mundelein, IL

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Contract Dates: August 18, 2025 May 29, 2026

• Grade Level: PreK only

• Pay Range: $40$60/hr, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect social-emotional support to PreK students

• Participate in Student Assistance Teams, PBIS Tiered Teams, Crisis Teams, and Grade-Level Teams

• Contribute to Whole Faculty Study Groups and school-wide mental health initiatives

• Support early intervention and behavior planning

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement

• Experience working with early childhood populations preferred

• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and data-driven intervention
