The Position: Intake Coordinator - Business Developer

The Intake Coordinator - Business Developer is responsible for processing referrals in CRM based on company guidelines. Assists clients with enrollment process, documents submission, and appointments scheduling. In addition, the Intake Coordinator will be working with multiple resources/vendors to ensure timely enrollment, request authorization for home care services for patients with HMO/Managed Care payments sources & conversion of the referral. Lastly but not least conduct in person visits for the clients, as necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Two years recent work experience, preferably in customer service or home care.
  • Strong verbal skills and written communication skills.
  • Authorization Specialist with experience dealing with HMO/Managed Care payments
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Home Care experience a plus

Pay Range:: $22 - $23/hr.
