At Arise Autism Center, we believe in more than just providing therapy — we believe in building a community where every child is celebrated, every family is supported, and every team member is valued.

Our center is a warm, welcoming environment where children with autism thrive through play, connection, and evidence-based care. We’re a team of passionate professionals who believe in providing quality and ethical service, and we’re looking for a BCBA who shares that heart.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative clinical team of outstanding professionals! The ideal candidate will possess expertise in applied behavior analysis and a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families.

  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Stay current with research and advancements in the field of behavioral health and special education.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools and community organizations.

What we offer

  • Monthly bonus structure
  • A bright, welcoming clinic space with developmentally rich materials
  • Manageable caseloads so you can focus on quality care
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Paid holidays, PTO, and wellness days
  • Ongoing professional development and CEU opportunities
  • Supportive leadership and regular clinical collaboration
  • Opportunities to mentor, lead, and grow
  • Signing bonus payable after 90-days

Skills

  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly young children with autism.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
  • Compassionate approach towards working with individuals facing behavioral challenges.
  • A warm, approachable, and team-oriented spirit
  • A commitment to ethical, child-centered care

Ready to apply? We would love to hear from you! Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve while advancing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
