Ensure adherence to proper phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Assist in training new staff on office procedures related to durable medical equipment coordination.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical scheduling or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft and Meditech software systems is advantageous.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and Medicare processes.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
