Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and providing behavioral therapy services. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic programs
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including special education professionals and healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health interventions
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment planning
- Familiarity with special education practices
