Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and behaviors.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical records.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with complex needs.

Experience

  • A minimum of a master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and providing patient care is preferred.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and patient assessment techniques is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and behavioral therapy approaches is essential.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes is beneficial.
