As an independently licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW) on our team, you will find a collaborative environment where emerging and experienced therapists receive support from a dedicated clinical team focused on growth and development. Our clinics provide an encouraging space to practice therapeutic interventions and develop impactful skills within our diverse local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Offer personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client to facilitate healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans, empowering clients to maintain stable functioning in their mental health journey.
• Contribute to case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, utilizing your expertise to enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, maintaining high professional standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists, to provide a holistic approach to mental health care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) as per state regulations.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health care and ongoing professional development.
• Passionate about collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Proficient time management skills to efficiently complete documentation and administrative tasks.
• Devoted to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
