• Licensed Clinical Social Worker is eligible for $50,000-100,000 in Loan Repayment!
  

Licensed Clinical Social Worker:

• Provide primary care behavioral health consultations and short term interventions.
  
• Incorporate behavioral health interventions based on skills based treatment and facilitation of behavior change in a population working to better manage, reverse and prevent chronic conditions.
  
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker will demonstrate professional ethics and behavior and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  
• Maintain professional competence through remaining abreast of current research, legal requirements, evidence-based practices, and technology.
  

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Requirements:

• LICSW, LCMHC or providers working towards licensure eligible.
