As an Independently Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW), you will thrive in an environment designed for both your and your clients' success. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for clients and families to create an inclusive environment.
• Provide personalized outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.
• Engage actively in case consultations and contribute to agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans in accordance with professional standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to offer holistic mental health care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong commitment to high-quality mental health care and ethical practice.
• Dedicated to professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
• A collaborative team player eager to enhance client care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Strong time management skills for efficient documentation and administrative tasks.
