As an independently licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW) on our team, you'll be welcomed into an environment where you and your clients can thrive. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct culturally responsive, strength-focused assessments for new clients and families, fostering an inviting atmosphere for those from diverse backgrounds.
  • Offer personalized outpatient individual and family therapy that aligns with each client's unique needs and circumstances, promoting pathways to healing and resilience.
  • Develop thorough crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans, supporting clients in maintaining stability and empowering them in their mental health journeys.
  • Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your insights to enhance the quality of client care.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) according to state regulations.
  • Educational background that supports professional licensing.
  • A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to elevate client care.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Skilled in time management and efficient completion of documentation and administrative responsibilities.
