We are looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBT/ABA therapists) to join our family. The ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with autism and a solid foundation in applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities of Behavior Technicians (RBT/ABA Therapists):

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism
• Collect and document data on individual progress and behaviors
• Work collaboratively with the BCBA and team to develop and execute behavior intervention plans
• Assist in training parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
• Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients receiving ABA therapy
• Coordinate care with the client's support team
• Foster positive relationships with clients' families and team members
• Ensure optimal progress and positive outcomes for clients
