Qualifications

Licensed Psychologist from an accredited institution (Ph.D or Psy.D);
Current, unrestricted state license in Psychology- can travel in any states with 1 active state license;
If you have a clinic to see veterans in, you can also see them in your clinic;
Proficiency in relevant computer programs;
Must have your own laptop to use;
This is a 1099 (Independent Contractor) position.

Pay Rate: $600/day
Expected hours: 40+ hours per MONTH (Monday and Friday travel days, work 3 days a week);
Flexible schedule, set your own schedule, travel wherever you choose;
Travel at least 25% of the month; unless you have a clinic to see veterans in;
Malpractice insurance covered at a small monthly fee.

Responsibilities

This role primarily involves working across various locations in the US on an "as needed" basis;
3-4 day Assignments available throughout multiple states, 2 travel days;
Perform PTSD, TBI Cognitive Screenings, General Psych Testing, Neuropsychological Testing, and Psych Evals;
Weekend and Week Assignments available throughout multiple states;
Travel, Mileage, lodging reimbursed;
Conduct evaluations;
5-8 Exams daily;
Assignment usually avg of 8 hours daily.

As a Travel Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments across various locations. With a Doctoral degree in Psychology and an active Psychology License, you will utilize your core skills in evaluations and assessments. Your organizational and communication skills will be essential in collaborating with healthcare teams and ensuring optimal patient experiences in diverse settings.
