We’re currently hiring a 1099 BCBA in South Bend, Indiana, to join our mission-driven team. If you’re passionate about providing ethical, high-quality care and want the freedom to lead your caseload your way, this role was built for you.

In this role you’ll have full clinical control, flexible scheduling, and a team behind you that handles the admin, so you can focus on what matters most: your clients, your time, and your impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, ethical ABA therapy
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and support implementation
  • Collaborate with families and other care providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet insurance requirements

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification and Indiana state licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical integrity
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
