Role Description

This is a hybrid role for up to 32 hours a week for a Mental Health Counselor based in Fort Wayne, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services, including treatment planning, mental health assessments, relationship counseling, and case management. Daily tasks involve conducting individual, group, couples and family therapy sessions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and maintaining detailed client records.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Indiana
• Experience with trauma-sensitive care is a plus
