**Summary**

We’re thrilled to be on the lookout for a passionate LEADER to join our wonderful team at Discovery Kingdom!

**Responsibilities**

- Lead our center with kindness and professionalism, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

- Ensure Daily Operations run smoothly, maintaining the essential Staff/Child ratios at all times.

- Support our management team with the hiring process.

- Greet and assist parents and children during their arrival and departure.

- Communicate openly and effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.

- Keep our classrooms and play areas clean and organized.

- Pitch in with serving breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

- Step in to assist in the classroom whenever needed.

**Requirements**

- Experience in a childcare setting

- MUST HAVE An ACDS Certificate or Early Childhood Education Degree

- A commitment to being dependable and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
