Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated employee to join our team and to help grow our business The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, knowledge of weight loss procedures and sales skills. This role involves working closely with clients to develop personalized weight loss formulations and signing clients up for recommended programs.

As a Weight Loss Consultant, you will educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and wellness practices while providing motivation and support throughout their journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients' health goals and needs.
• Develop individualized care plans that incorporate nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
• Educate clients on weight loss strategies, healthy eating habits, and physical activity.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage client engagement and commitment.
• Provide guidance on other fitness activities to enhance physical well-being.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in accordance with company policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, sales and social media is ideal.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and their application in coaching settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with weight loss, good nutrition and workout routines
• Strong empathy & communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively.
• Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual client needs is advantageous.
• Certification as Medical Asst. or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
