Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is currently seeking to hire a Cardiopulmonary Manager at our South location. This is a full time, day shift, opportunity. The Manager of Pulmonary Services oversees the operation and development. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, policies, program development, and personnel management. The Manager is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care in a cost efficient environment. The Manager of Pulmonary services represents the department in various system-wide meetings and acts as a liaison between the Pulmonary Department and other departments.

As The Cardiopulmonary Manager You Would Be Responsible For

  • Manages the operation of the Department.
  • Provides support to the supervisors, clinical educator, clinical staff and provides clinical support for non-routine types of Pulmonary Care.
  • Responsible for department budget, evaluations of employees, and new equipment acquisitions.
  • Monitors quality of care delivered, including patient/family satisfaction.
  • Advises and assists the Medical Director when appropriate.
