About Job

Job description

At H.O.P.E. Behavioral Consulting, LLC, we are devoted to promoting the success of our clients through inclusive, individualized, and high-quality behavior analytic services. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a key role in this mission by conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and guiding implementation through collaboration with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and other service providers.

BCBAs at H.O.P.E. maintain a small caseload of clients to ensure that each individual receives personalized, high-quality care. This model reflects our core values of respect, integrity, and self-empowerment, and allows our clinicians to provide thoughtful attention to every client’s strengths, challenges, and goals within a supportive, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a small, focused caseload to provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations and functional behavior assessments to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Design and supervise ABA treatment programs that support meaningful progress and client-specific goals.

• Train and support RBTs to ensure consistent, effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and teaching procedures.

• Provide caregiver coaching and training to generalize client skills across natural settings.

• Review skill acquisition and behavior reduction data regularly to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote coordinated and holistic care.

• Maintain effective, respectful communication with all stakeholders and contribute to a culture of transparency and collaboration.

• Uphold ethical standards and promote inclusive practices aligned with H.O.P.E.’s mission.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of ABA experience preferred.

• Commitment to maintaining a small caseload to ensure quality, individualized care.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative spirit.

• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and behavior analytic methodologies.

• Alignment with our mission of fostering growth, learning, and success through respectful and empowering support.
